Founded in 1964, the Nor' East of Scotland Cat Club is affiliated to the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (the GCCF). The GCCF is the governing body of the Cat Fancy in the United Kingdom - the feline equivalent of the Kennel Club.
The Nor' East of Scotland Cat Club is an all breed cat club based in the North East of Scotland, although our membership extends further afield than this. Our club extends a warm welcome to all new members while offering a wealth of experience and expertise, to advise and support all members on a wide range of feline problems and issues.
Our Championship Show is held annually in the Caird Hall in Dundee, with entry open to all cats, pedigree and household pets. We welcome veteran and first time exhibitors at our show and hope you will look forward to it every year even if you don't have any cats you currently want to show. Should first time exhibitors need information and advice about showing their cats, this is available from our Show Management team or other members of the Committee.
